Yup. I once asked a billionaire (who nobody ever heard of...from Texas...'friend' of Ross Perot) how he got rich. He said he watched what people just two or so years before reaching 40 thought were great commercial ideas that people over 40 didn't. Invested in that. He said when you reach 40 you control the money that people can spend. This isn't as perfect of a constant as Planck's, but it is, I suspect, a constant. Jobs I believe met that criteria (roughly) when he took over Apple.
