Yes, actually, lies are everything. But corraling them up correctly requires some education and necessarily participation by a lot of people.

My proposal is that we should have this liar test for every person seeking elected (or any executive) office. You may find it an interesting idea. I got it from a guy who proposed it in 1800AD..
