The Honore Capital 1/6 Report is quite excellent and could be used as instruction on how to correctly modernize security for the Capitol. Everyone should read it so when they repair the deficiencies, you will be able to trust security while still being open to US to visit and legislators to do their jobs. It is short enough and very clear.
