Twitter and Facebook are both letting the fox in the hen house. Facebook has the problem of selecting a high court with supreme knowledge and twitter has a low court with no judge.

Better would be the separation of content assessment and evaluation from content curation policy. Policy can be discussed separate from the truth of a particular case.
