There are a lot more kinds of lying than you know. We can now, by the science of lies, Mendaciology, enumerate all the types. Frankfurt's "On Bullshit" (his book) is very poor as I explain my book "How to get your lies back" (on Amazon).
You are completely wrong about Trump. He lies intentionally all the time intentionally. He knows he is lying but doesn't care. He is a Psychopath. Such people and their less murderous counterparts, sociopaths, are incurable, and will lie because they do not actually care whether you detect their lies or not. In fact, they want you to detect some of them so their real lies that actually deceive you into believing they are telling the truth about their motivation are missed.

The taxonomy of lies is given the same way you categorize species of flora and fauna by a series of specific observations, only one of which is whether the lie is intentional or not.
