George Washington Presiding Over Congress Approving the Constitution

The Constitution Does Not Retard

It Requires In Person Dialogue

This statement is not exactly right. Reading Geo. Washington as well as other writings of the founders, the Constitution was indeed designed to avert a multitude of bad actors lying in various ways to achieve power at the expense of Liberty, but the solution was not to “slow things down.” The constitution rather enforces moderated dialogue among split power holders. This has a side effect of slowing things down, but the science of lying, and telling the truth, says person to person dialogue is essential.

Any sentence can be a lie, any sentence can be the truth. Only dialogue can expose the lie or truth to anyone who thinks the lie true, or the truth a lie. There is no other way. Human Natural Language and the Neocortical Brain cannot communicate with certain truth or certain lies in finite, one way, fiat communications. It is simply impossible. Sorry for the inconvenience, but that is the science of it.

This is what congress and the courts are. And the lone President is forced to dialogue with the congress to get the laws and money behind his power at least as long as he and the supreme court obey their oath to the Constitution.

This is the reason the Internet Court of Lies is not an optional addition to the Internet and today’s Media.
