Sadly, this is all just made up. What is probably true is that Dolphins do speak to each other in a way which evolution made close to how their (and our) neurons compute information. What isn't true is that AI models would have anything like the training sets needed to have such a sophisticated 'understanding' of what was being said as is being claimed. This is all a big lie.
