Also, did not understand who "educated elite" refers to. Generally speaking Geo. Washington cautioned against faction that groups people against one another as fundamental to maintaining our Liberty. Can you name some of the individual people who are in the "Educated Elite"? Then it is possible to have evidence of truth. Personally I see "educated" and "elite" as orthogonal more or less.
