Unfortunately in feeding the far right motivated only by power through chaos, Pound overreached on usury. Civilization already learned the evils of unregulated usury. And now we forgot again in the last thirty years, deregulating what needed to be regulated, and regulating things that just created more evil. Usury is in fact the most primitive form of survival beyond direct production. Studied in Anthropology, there was an estimate that to have a sustainable thriving economy, graft (uncontrolled usury), had to account for between 5-15% of money flow. Below or above that and you had a third world country. Too saintly or too beastly was what Pound missed but made. Tip the waitress? How much?
