For you book, may I suggest that Audible provides a very nice system to get an Audible version. You can do it yourself: they make easy getting a narrator through an audition process and standard contracts etc with you owning all the results and not that expensive (basically by the hours of the resulting audio book). Not that expensive. I would have bought the Audible edition of your book to 'read' in my car while hung up in traffic.

I am interested in your book, but perhaps not for the reasons you might imagine (you are my lab animal :-):

I'm not a physicist so I have no opinions about what you are expert at. But I admit I too found the idea of heavy elements from explosions a bit shaky and find the idea of pressure much more believable.
